Data Deletion Instructions

Customers can request deletion of personal information held by Urban Beauty Lounge (UBL), including information associated with WhatsApp conversations handled by CELINE.

1. Email ublbangalore@gmail.com with the subject “UBL Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include your name, WhatsApp phone number with country code, and a short description of the information you want deleted.
3. UBL may contact you to verify that you control the number or account concerned.
4. UBL will review the request and delete eligible information from systems under its control, or explain any legal or operational reason that requires specific records to be retained. Requests are handled within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.

Deleting UBL records does not automatically delete copies held by WhatsApp/Meta or other services; you may need to submit a separate request to those providers under their own procedures.

To stop non-essential WhatsApp messages without requesting data deletion, contact the same email and state “Stop WhatsApp messages”.
