Urban Beauty Lounge (UBL) respects customer privacy. This policy describes how UBL handles information received through its salon services and WhatsApp communications, including communications handled by CELINE.
Depending on your interaction with UBL, this may include your name, phone number, messages you send, appointment or service requests, booking details, and related customer-service records. WhatsApp/Meta may also provide message identifiers, delivery statuses, timestamps and technical event information needed to operate messaging.
We use this information to answer enquiries, manage appointments and service requests, provide customer support, maintain relevant salon records, and send messages you have requested or consented to receive. We do not intend to use WhatsApp conversations for unrelated purposes.
WhatsApp messages are transmitted through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Relevant messages and booking details may be processed or stored in UBL's operational systems so staff can respond and manage service. Meta processes information under its own applicable terms and privacy policies. Access to UBL records should be limited to authorised personnel who need it for salon operations.
UBL keeps records for as long as reasonably needed for salon operations, customer service, legal obligations and dispute resolution, then deletes or de-identifies them when no longer needed, subject to applicable law. UBL uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect records; no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You may ask UBL to correct or delete personal information, or stop receiving non-essential WhatsApp messages, by emailing ublbangalore@gmail.com. Please include your name, WhatsApp phone number with country code, and the request. We may ask for reasonable information to verify the request. We will review it and delete eligible information, subject to records we must retain by law or for legitimate unresolved transactions. To stop WhatsApp messages, you may also reply STOP where available or contact us directly.
Parents or guardians should contact UBL about any privacy request concerning a child's information.
